We are committed to complete customer satisfaction but in the one off event, if you are unhappy with the services provided, we are just a call away. In case any article gets damaged or is lost during the processing, we offer upto 50% of the invoice value as compensation. We accept no liability for any loss or damage of the articles arising due to fire, burglary etc.
Customers are requested to examine garments at the time of delivery. All damages, loss or quality issues must be reported within 7 Days of delivery. Any complaints received after 7 days of delivery will be null and void
